Minimum Working Balance & Consultant Verification
The SOBHA Property Share Development Program is designed for genuine, individually verified consultants. Automated bots, AI-operated accounts, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized automated systems are not permitted to participate as consultants.

Why Is a ₹10,000 Minimum Working Balance Required?
Every consultant is required to maintain a minimum working account balance of ₹10,000 before becoming eligible to accept all applicable categories of property-share requests.
The working balance serves as an account activation and participation requirement and is also used alongside other verification measures.

Personal Bank Account Verification
As an additional verification measure, consultants are required to use a bank account registered in their own name when completing the applicable working-account transaction.
A transaction originating from a bank account whose account-holder details correspond with the consultant's verified information can provide an additional indication of bank-account ownership and identity consistency.
This helps the platform identify discrepancies between registered consultant information and payment-account information and can make unauthorized, duplicate, or improperly registered accounts more difficult to operate.
However, the bank transaction is only one part of the verification process. Identity documents, account-security checks, and other verification procedures may also be required to establish that the account is being operated by the registered consultant.

What Happens to the ₹10,000?
The ₹10,000 is maintained as the consultant's working balance while the consultant processes the applicable property-share requests. It should not be represented as a fee for employment or as an investment that guarantees a financial return.
After the applicable property-share requests have been successfully completed and verified, the consultant may request withdrawal of the eligible working balance together with commissions and qualifying bonuses earned, subject to the program's disclosed withdrawal conditions.
Eligible funds are then transferred to the consultant's registered personal bank account.
