Working Process
The SOBHA Property Share Development Program is designed to create an organized digital system through which registered consultants can assist with the processing and management of property-share requests by the SOBHA Group of Companies.
How the System Works?
Property-share buyers submit their requests through the SOBHA platform. Once these requests enter the system, they are distributed among eligible Property Share Consultants who are currently active online.
Each consultant has a limited number of property-share requests that can be accepted within a particular working period. This helps distribute available requests among active consultants and maintain an organized workflow.
Role of a Property Share Consultant
The consultant's primary responsibility is to monitor the working platform and process the property-share requests assigned to their account.
The general process is:
Buyer submits a property-share request → SOBHA system receives the request → Request is assigned to an active consultant → Consultant reviews and accepts the request → Transaction is processed → Eligible commission is credited to the consultant
Consultants do not independently select or create customer requests. Available requests are distributed through the SOBHA platform according to the program's allocation system.
Commission
Consultants may receive a commission for successfully completed property-share requests according to the applicable commission structure established by the SOBHA Group of Companies.
The exact commission, eligibility requirements, payment conditions, and applicable limits are displayed to consultants according to the terms of the program.
International Remote Participation
The SOBHA Property Share Development Program is intended to operate through an online working environment, allowing eligible consultants in supported countries to participate remotely without being physically present at a property development or sales office.
The objective of the program is to create an efficient digital network connecting property-share activity with an organized remote consultant workforce while supporting an efficient and structured property-request management process.
