How Does SOBHA Group Pay Consultant Commissions?
01

The SOBHA Group provides commissions to eligible Property Share Consultants as service-based compensation for successfully processing assigned property-share requests through the platform.
When a property-share buyer submits a request, the system distributes it to an eligible consultant who is active online. The consultant reviews and processes the assigned request. Once the required process is successfully completed and verified by the system, the applicable commission is credited to the consultant's working account.

Buyer submits request → System assigns request → Consultant processes request → System verifies completion → SOBHA Group credits the applicable commission

Where Does the Commission Come From?
The consultant commission is funded by the SOBHA Group from the revenue or operational budget allocated to eligible property-share transactions, according to the program's applicable compensation structure.
This commission represents payment for services performed by the consultant. It should not be considered interest or a guaranteed investment return.
The amount of commission may vary depending on the type or value of the property-share request and the applicable commission structure. Any rates, eligibility requirements, limits, and payment conditions should be communicated to consultants before they participate
